Site Diary: Construction Logs, Made Simple
Say goodbye to lost paperwork, poor site journals, and hours spent typing up daily logs. Site Diary replaces traditional paper site diaries and daily construction reports with a sleek, intuitive app designed for the modern jobsite.
We’ve made logging field data quick, simple, and painless—giving you a bulletproof record of your project and more time to focus on the actual build.
Whether you are a Site Engineer, Foreman, or Project Manager, Site Diary is built to meet the fast-paced demands of construction organizations, general contractors, and specialist installation teams—both large and small.
“So much better than the handwritten process. Quick, easy, and efficient. Like the feature where you can attach photographs to the specific activity they relate to.” — Katie Swanick, Senior Engineer, Costain
What’s New in Site Diary:
Custom Forms & Templates: Customize your data capture to suit your specific workflows. Create bespoke templates for safety inspections, delivery logs, quality checks, or risk assessments so your team collects exactly what you need.
Powerful Insights Dashboards: Visualize your site data at a glance. Track trends, monitor labor allocation, and spot project bottlenecks in real time using our high-level analytics dashboards.
Key Features:
Real-Time Progress Monitoring: Get instant visibility into field progress. As soon as onsite staff submit a report, it’s immediately available for off-site managers to review, approve, and analyze.
Automated Local Weather: No more manual logging. Every single report entry automatically links the prevailing local weather conditions for that exact time and location—crucial evidence for contract claims.
Photo Attachments: A picture is worth a thousand words. Seamlessly snap and attach photos to specific activities to document progress, delivery defects, or safety hazards.
Seamless Offline Support: Remote sites with poor connectivity? No problem. Site Diary works fully offline, securely saving your data on your device and automatically syncing it to the cloud as soon as you're back online.
Custom Site Resources & Tags: Set up your project’s specific resources, including labor, equipment, materials, and contractors. Use smart Tags (like Health & Safety or Delay) to categorize and filter your events instantly.
Instant Professional Exports: Generate shift updates, progress photos, or project summaries on the fly. Export your data as a professional PDF, Excel, or CSV file to share directly with clients, stakeholders, or subcontractors.
Effortless Information Sharing: Keep everyone in the loop. Field workers can opt to trigger automated email updates the moment an important event is logged.
